For customers ordering food
NoFeeOrdering provides the technology that connects you with restaurants. The restaurant you order from is responsible for preparing the food, food safety, and the contents of your order. Refund requests should go to the restaurant directly. Payment is processed by Stripe.
For restaurants
By using NoFeeOrdering, you agree to pay the $99/month subscription per location and a 0.5% per-order platform fee. There is no contract — cancel anytime. Payouts go directly to your Stripe-connected bank account. We are not responsible for chargebacks initiated by your customers; standard Stripe chargeback rules apply.
Acceptable use
You may not use NoFeeOrdering to sell illegal goods, alcohol without proper licensing, or items prohibited by Stripe's terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control.
